(english version below) “Le Voyage Dans La Peau” ist ein dokumentarisches Projekt von Nicolas Brulez und  Mylène Ebrard. Es zeigt Tätowierer aus Berlin, London, New York, Tokyo und Paris und portraitiert sie in ihrem Umfeld. Nicht nur die Tätowierer stehen vor der Kamera, auch Träger ihrer Tätowierungen wurden fotografiert und man bekommt einen umfangreichen Eindruck in die Welt des Tätowierens - ein Blick hinter die Kulissen in Form eines umfangreichen Buches.

“Le Voyage Dans La Peau” is a documentary project by the French photographer Nicolas Brulez and Mylène Ebrard. It shows tattoo artists from around the world in their work environments. But not only the artists have been portrayed, also their own tattoos are in the focus as well as their clients wearing their tattoos. This comprehensive project about the tattoo scene in Berlin, London, New York, Tokyo and Paris forms an amazing book and I am very proud to be part of it. “Huge thanks to Nicolas and Mylène, it was a pleasure.”
