Vertragsschluss

Preise
Alle Preise verstehen sich in Euro (EUR) und enthalten die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer.
Versandkosten werden im Bestellprozess separat ausgewiesen.
Verfügbarkeit
Alle Werke sind Unikate. Sollte ein Werk trotz sorgfältiger Pflege des Shops nicht mehr verfügbar sein, behalte ich mir vor, die Bestellung zu stornieren und bereits geleistete Zahlungen zu erstatten.
Nutzung der Werke
Mit dem Kauf eines Kunstwerks erwerben Sie das physische Werk.
Die Urheberrechte verbleiben bei der Künstlerin.
Eine Vervielfältigung, Weiterverarbeitung oder kommerzielle Nutzung ist ohne ausdrückliche Zustimmung nicht gestattet.
